Rent a child for birthday parties, prom, playing in the park

Links and other hanky panky that doesn't have to do with anything in particular.

I'm sure it's totally innocuous.

it's so obviously a fake site. probably a demo someone did for a potential client.

a banner ad with a 12 year old's midriff? give me a break.

If so, it's still in bad taste. Or...potentially bad taste...

It's downright weird.

This reminds me of a site that no longer exists. They advertised with a proffesional looking website. It was body disposal for murder cover ups. It was funny. Had the whole customer comments and different package set ups and everything. I mean, it looked totally convincing except you just knew it wasn't real.

Yeah I am assuming it's a joke. Although there is also http://www.rentmyson.com so that's taking the joke to pointless extremes.

I hope it is a joke.

Where did Fluffy come across it (as it were)? that might answer the question ...

It was linked to in the newsbox for a comic I read.

Here's one I saw being guerilla marketed on a subway (probably some marketing student's final project): http://thelastwords.net/

I found this on that site:
"...I just got my suicide note back from you guys and it's so beautiful and so elegant that I can hardly wait till my beast of a wife finds it next to my dead and bloated body!...Goodbye cruel world, hello posthumous legacy!"

That picture at the top of the daughter page is definitely pretty sexual.

I could see this as being a prostitution ring that uses the children thing as a cover-up. You know, for like, dads to buy their 16-year-old sons a special gift...

Whether it's a joke or not, it's really fucked up and morbidly hilarious.

you're thinking of 'cadaver inc', which was actually the (pretty sweet) website for the death metal band cadaver.
