"best of" songfight: category by category

Post by Justincombustion »

Since I've not been around long, I'd like to hear from y'alls about a couple of your favorite Songfight things:

What's your favorite gutar solo in a song here?

Best or favorite "other" insturment solo?

Best bass line?

Best drumming?

Pick one song that just RAWKS!!!

Another kazoo solo for this category. This time, it's FBF's Crinkle Binkle.

My favorite geetar solo is Puce's "Pawnbroker's Stepdaughter" about 1 minute in. I still jam that song in my car all the time.

Right artist, wrong song. His 'Adam & Steve' urinates all over any other attempt by anyone at songfight to rock the f*ck out. In my opinion. It's like a cold beer with a dash of lemon on a scorching hot day.

As Do I!

I talked to Hoblit on the phone about this, and then failed to do so in the forums too!

Oddly enough, my voice gets compared to Weird Al a lot. I don't mind.

I dont keep many SF songs on my computer(Because hey I could stream them at the drop of hat), but this is one of about 20. Amazing Piano, great mood and back up vocals.

And I can't believe you guys actually answered with what your favorite song of mine is. I half expected to have that recieved with "You suck" and the sort. Thanks. Caravan Ray can eat me. But regardless I actually dont like happy life, but people reviewed it well. Ah well, you never know with you crazy guys.

My favorites
Guitar solo:None stick out in my mind
Other Insturment:Al Gore Band-Brother in Law(Recorder Solo)
Bassline:Brother Machine-Thunder Storm
Drums:Wreckdom-Elvis In Space.
Song that rocks:Johhny Balls and the Random Axe of Violence-Space Cadet
