Too Far Away sounds like a good song title. I'll definatly try to get something going for that.
From spoken word to actual singing, I can screw up any style with style. :D

I just wrote "I Don't Think I Miss You."

Then I re-read the title.

I'm working on some lyrics that could really go for either title. Which is to say, they don't fit either title all that well. Either way, it will be Flvxxvm Florvm. Or maybe I won't get it done at all.

still in..

I've just layed down some very sloppy guitars, complete with unoriginal E-D-A chord progression, amplifier purchased at Wal-Mart, mind-numblingly repetitive drum machine, and possibly places where you can hear my 4-year-old daughter yelling at me to turn it down. Tomorrow I'm going to try to finish the lyrics, but if I don't have them done by the deadline I mght just submit the music as an instrumental. That's the one surefire way to prevent myself from trying to cheat and use this same music in the next fight if I don't make this one.

here are some words if anyone wants them.
Ah Japan
How you own
With you hardcore wrestling
And relaxed attitude toward child pornography

Don't think I don't miss you

Next time I want to rape a kid
I won't go to Mexico
I'll go to Japan
Where I know that shit flies

Hey yo
Tokyo
Let's go
Tokyo
Oh no
Tokyo
Here we go
Tokyo

Don't think I don't miss you

Hey! An extension! That's great, cause I got some ideas for this today, but don't have the time to implement until the weekend, so merci!

..love the optional challenge... gonna have to work that one.

Prepare to be caught in the sticky, relentless sap from the Hostess Mostess tree. Our "Too Far Away" is already stuck in our heads like gum in hair. No doubt it will ooze around us all come the 20th. May we end up preserved in the amber once it dries!

Only just saw the deadline extensio but I submitted. I have a sore throat and a string missing on my guitar, but this is the 4th time in a row that I've written a song and didn't record it. So no excuses this time. I suppose I could tweak and submit again, but don't think I will.
so . . . when was the last time you backed up?

Is that some sort of hip new Italio-Cockney sort of slang...or a typographic error? It's just that I've never heard anyone talk like that on The Bill

You need to choose which fight to enter, and name your song appropriately.

haha... the drama. never mention tacos again luke.. dude.. whats your problem. Speaking of tacos, i didnt read father bingos post till just now.. haha, that is totally funny. ive almost done the same thing, but i just decided to re-read the title right before i did the vocals. anyways, you should still post a link to the song if you can. that would be ultra rad.
