How is this even about root beer anymore? I just had a big root beer float ... So good. Do you usually use more ice cream than root beer or more root beer than ice cream? You can get more float out of a bottle if you put more ice cream in. :o

I like a good coffee float better, though I remember the days of rootbeer floats. We always used Hagen Daz and I think Dad's.

I'm with the roger on this one. Beer's an acquired taste, they say, but why acquire it? "To get drunk" would be a good answer if there weren't better tasting, more efficient ways to do it.

Oooh, Virgil's root beer is so good. It comes in a bottle with a flip-top rubber stopper and has a label with, like, some Ricola-looking guy or something. It's amazing. You can get it at Whole Foods and the like.
Aren't you the guy that hit me in the eye?

Wow ... I might have to try out all that stuff ... sounds amazing. Expecially the coffee float ... do you just use coffee and ice cream, or some sort of artificial stuff?

Coffee and ice cream, yup. Put whipped cream on it too, and maybe chocolate sprinkles.

Dang. I was going to make some of that for myself tonight, but I completely forgot and just ate a bunch of chocolate, chips, and ... root beer ... I'll try and get one of them coffee floats soon enough.
