Running Scared
...is one of the craziest movies I have ever seen. It's like the writer and director had all these bizarre ideas that no one managed to talk them out of. And in this case, it's a good thing. I feel the same way about universally hated Way of the Gun and Rules of Attraction, so your opinion may vary, but I give it a solid A-
