Stay Alive
I went to this movie as sort of a joke with my friends ... we were pretty sure that it was going to be lame and not scary at all, but turns out it was pretty good ... what do you guys think about it?

I think it's funny that the preview totally tries to hide the fact that Frankie Muniz is in it, even though he's probably the film's most recognizable star. My guess is that they did some test market research, found out that not only is Malcolm not a draw to their target comsumers, he's something of an anti-draw, and relegated him to two quick shots in the trailer. I decided to <a href=http://www.themoviespoiler.com/Spoilers ... html>spoil it</a> for myself, since even I'm not gonna see this. It sounds both stupider and maybe more fun than the trailer would have me believe.
Aren't you the guy that hit me in the eye?

It actually seemed terrible at the start, but it really grows on you ... seriously. I actually left the theater pleased that I had gone and watched it. You might not believe me, but if you really think about it, The Ring had no better a storyline. Just substitute a video tape with a video game, a creepy little girl in a well with a creepy old lady in a tower and you've pretty much got Stay Alive.
