did you know that if you put butter in the water when you make mac and cheese it won't boil over.

trying to keep it from boiling over is one of the fun parts of making mac n' cheese. i love hearing the hissing of the boiling water hitting the stove and rushing to take the pot off the coils. it means i'm making mac n' cheese.
