Same thing happened to me this morning. But it's no big deal; it <i>did</i> log me out.

it went boom... presumably at line 451 in the php script at that particular moment...something wasn't jiving..a time out..could have been a lot of things... it's not all that unusual. Perhaps somebody is tinkering with the code in a tweaking process.

Yes - something strange is happening - I am also being logged out - and the "read posts since last visit" thing doesn't work.
...and AAAAAAARRGH...the bugs are crawling up my legs again!!..get them off me...quick!!!!...

bet that's it... i noticed, for a day or so after seein' the error script, that the #of 'guests' was constantly 0, even when i wasn't logged in and should have been a 'guest' ... so i guess that was part of the 'Error obtaining user details' bit.
