I have something going for "Proud!" and I'm gonna try to do another guy 'n' guitar thing, using a mic on the guitar rather than direct, and if I feel the need to add some synth stuff, use patches that sound like "synth patches" rather than trying to sound like strings or horns or whatever...

We'll see how it goes... it's another one of those songs about growing old and falling apart, but ya gotta write what ya know, right?

The Anchors should be in for Smoke Right with much needed live drums provided by Mr. Lostman.

We may have a rather haunting "Smoke Right" to contribute.

Its been over a year since I wrote a song or participated in a songfight. But after a rather serious conversation with a good friend last night, I realized that I've got to do more than smoke and get wasted on a daily baisis. So I wrote a song for Right Smoke.

My friend is on bass duty for my song this week. First use of MIDI in a mr. lostman song so lets hope it turns out good. Once its in, I'm in for "Proud!" 8)

*edit*
turns out my buddy actually found a mic and recorded himself live. So fake instrumentation has yet to touch mr. lostman's music..... mainly because i have no clue how to use it..

I have an art idea for LfB, but I am soooo tired. If nobody else has made anything for it, I'll go ahead an put mine together after work tomorrow night. I have no wake-up time for Tuesday. :)

I'll be in the Proud! fight. I've been on vacation from work for two weeks, and this was the only musical thing I was able to do in that time (aside from a few shows, that is). I'm never so busy as when I'm not at work, it seems.

the other guys stomach. you can just see his intestines and organs on the floor.

Sunday morning yielded an entry for Smoke Right. It's a return to ambient roots for me so I can't promise today will bring forth lyrics.

I need to start using a pick. This is happening more and more often at my shows, and if I'm not careful, I'll start to get known for it, like Gene Simmons or something. Plus, I'm running out of fingernail.

But I just can't seem to mute the strings quite the same way when I'm holding a pick. Something to work on, I guess.
