11 songs in nine days? I think we can do it.

Neat! I should be able to write something for at least one of these, I think.

How can I not be in for the midget western? Good one, Deep Throat!
Though it's "of" not "in Tiny Town" afaik. Mileage may vary, etc.

There are probably going to be a lot of Phunt; don't tell. entries next week. If anybody wants to do a throwaway easy collab, now is the time.

Setting: Miller family home, living room
Stueym(Sitting on the other couch): Oh god.
BjameGroggy from having passed out a few hours ago): What?
D: Have you been on Songfight?
B: Not recently. *type type type* Oh god.
D: Yeah.
B: Fuck.
D: At least there are some good titles in there.
B: Yeah, just there are 11 of them. Fuck.

Mmm, great. Dozens of crappy songs by people wanting to do multiple songs instead of focusing on one! Awesome!

Not a fan of this. There were 19 entries last week, there are 11 titles this week. This seems kinda stupid, in my opinion, but hey, my opinion counts for very little.

The one good thing I can see is that at least I can get some songs for SFL.

I know that you guys aren't all about explaining optional challenges, but do you really want like 100 (INSERT AWFUL BAND NAME HERE) songs for the same title?

Zing! I'm just voicing my opinion(possibly a little sarcastically) about the choice, that's all.

Maybe jb and spud are responding to complaints about the one-fight week? Also, this week may not produce the BEST results, but it's still an interesting experiment. And I think the point of 11 titles is to see what happens.

I wonder if each title will have a different "layout" this week.

Yay, I love it when JB and Spud get bored!

By the way, not sure if it's a mistake or intentional, but on the front page, "Onomatopoeia" is incorrectly spelled.

suggestion:

Single song entries that contain all the title words should go into the same fight. Say the "No Relation" fight.

ehh?

I noticed that too (first?), but figured it was an act of Fightmasterly wisdom that went over my head.

This is either way cool and will be talked about for years to come like Woodstock, or completely swept under the carpet due to embarassment.

I vote for the coolness factor! though I can't wait to see the web page for it
