Okay, assignments have been sent. If you didn't get one, PM me. If I made a mistake and sent two people the same song or something, Glenn Case, Jim Tyrrel, and King Arthur will all cover the song of your choice.
Get to work folks.
As always, PM me with a link when you are done. Songs are due 11/1/06.
I'll have to clear out my inbox to make room, so I hope those of you interested saved your lists.
Be well,
Ken

I have never bothered to transfer my lyrics from my handwritten form to typed out form. I think my singing is fairly legible though, so it shouldn't be hard to figure them out. Sorry for the extra work though for whatever poor soul got me. If you really need me to do so, PM Ken about it and have him post the need here. I'll step up and post the lot of them in the lyrics thread.
Also, in case the sidefight song was the one chosen, don't forget it's posted here.
Good luck everyone.

if someone needs my lyrics, just PM Ken that you need lyrics and I send him out them. And of course, he wouldn't ask for the song specifically but a bunch of tunes so that I wouldn't know which one is getting done.

In that case, just tell me here that you need the lyrics and I'll post them for all of the songs I selected.
Doesn't help everyone else, but my issue is resolved.
On the side, I would have thought the guy that elected to organize this Sidefight in the first place would be prepared for this kind of thing, but I won't burden him with my extra weight. And bad assumption on my part.

haha, if I have to do with the difficulty of that task, I apologize. I hope you're not bound by this event to doing something you won't enjoy. If you are covering a song of Mogosagatai's, then I'm really excited to hear what you do with it.erik wrote:I haven't even listened to my song all the way through!
Woot!
Please excuse the narcissistic assumption if it's unwarranted.

well, mine is almost done. I imagine that whoever ended up with one of my piece of shit songs has managed to elevate it at least sub-par. I have no idea what level it inhabited before that. Sub-sub-par? Near-molten-par?
Anyway, I am actually quite looking forward to seeing how this has turned out for everyone.
