Did you lead them in a kiddie chorus of "Caravan Ray! Oi! Oi! Oi!"?

Ahhh! what a liar, It's only been two days :)

Here's the final one and it's for Jim of Seattle..

Basically I had bits of these last three done at the same time as I was working on them all together (because I was off work this week!)

Anyway this is the last, and I'll hand the board back now and thanks to everybody for their time and patience and not least the very nice comments I've received along the way.

All the best, Nigel (spOOn).... gotta get a new sign off message!

Next on the victims list is Sign My Box by Rabid Garfunkal. Gary Coleman was unavailble for overdubs.

Next up is Heuristics Inc, but not until March. Thanks to BLT and Spoon for discussing how to label the URL.

Sweet, Paco! Rabid Stink! This is going right into my list of uber-faves, right next to your Terror In Tiny Town and Exclamation Point, which I love dearly.

RG's gettin' a lotta love on this project. That's four covers so far...

Wow! Dre - that is great! Thank you!

Confession time - that song was my first Songfight entry - AND I CHEATED!!!

My mate Dave and I actually wrote that song some 20 or so years earlier when we were both spotty teenagers. When I found songfight - I had never recorded before and I had nuthin' - so I dragged that bit of teen angst from the back of my mind and regurgitated it with some new lyrics just so I could play the game.

Dave doesn't even remember writing the song. Your version is much, much better. (It is even better than the ska version I did of the same song). I will send that to Dave - it will spin him out :D

I love that you know someone called Dave.

When you live in Australia, you are issued with a Beer, Thongs, and a mate called Dave.

Hah, that's awesome! You picked up the goofiness of my original and really poured it on... I like what you did with it. Especially the strangly guitar! Great, I'm gonna listen to it again.

My wife says it reminds her of Starfinger (that's a good thing). Especially with the vocal embellishments :)

FYI, "glowing hair" not "head" but that's ok :)

I hope you enjoyed it, I certainly did - brings a smile to my face! Thanks, Paco!

I'm glad that you guys got a kick out of it. Sorry about the wrong line, that wasn't the one that I had trouble with. (or so I thought. It took me 20 plays to get 'sprout') I'm not surprised though. For years I thought that Stink was singing "I'm a pool hall ace" in Every Breath You Take, not "my poor heart aches". Duh!
