The acoustic set didn't go so well, but here's footage

This show was a DISASTER! Our P.A. decided to overheat, and cut out near the beginning of the set. About 5 people showed up to the gig, and I broke a string during one of the songs I was looking forward to playing the most.

The video camera decided to act up too, so it fades out in spots, and I didn't get enough footage of "Like a Villain" or "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" to justify posting what I have of either song. Sorry about that.

For those of you who did show up, THANK YOU!

For those of you who are watching this, I hope that you get some enjoyment out of the footage from this acoustic set that didn't go so well.

Very inspirational Glenn. You see technical difficulties, but I see a man with his guitar and voice pouring it out the way it really is. Awesome!
....plus we get a sneak preview of Georgia's hand, woot! :D

Thanks, guys.

I was really trying to hit it out of the park with this show, but things just weren't working out so well.

THANK YOU for taking the time to check out the footage. I am glad that you liked some of what you saw.

ROCK!

Way to soldier through, man. I haven't watched all of these yet, but Glutton was real good.

Thank you, Jim.

It's not always easy, but I really do try to keep the act moving as much as I can. My friend Monte is the MASTER of keeping a show going when technical difficulties exist. He's really my mentor in that department.

Still, my heart sank when I broke a string SO EARLY into playing "And When I Die". I thought that song was going to be the show stopper of the set, and I struggled to keep it afloat as a result of that snapped string.

I REALLY DO appreciate every one of you who are taking the time to watch these clips, and listen to my music in general. There are a lot of other things you could be doing with your time, so THANK YOU!

ROCK!

Does anyone know how I can save a youtube video to my computer so I can burn it to a DVD? I'd love to add a couple of Glenn's clips to a compilation music vid I'm making for my personal enjoyment.

Cool! I haven't watched all of these yet, but so far I've watched "Glutton" "Need Stilts" and "Not Fade Away." (DAMN you nailed that cover!)

This looks like it was a great show at a cool place! Watching your stuff made me want to play out live again!

Heh. But, you know, "Mission Accomplished" is a dangerous phrase to use these days. Watch out, or my next set will last 4 years, people will be rioting in the streets, and everyone will be wondering, "why the @#$# doesn't she get off the stage?"
