Complain about your schedule. Apparently people like that sort of thing.

It's chore day around the Niveous household and I'm feeling bushed. I think later I will relax and play the Wii or paint or do some music. One out of those three should do nicely.

Hey I just realized that once this fight is added to the Songfight archive, it will go over the 2000 mark for artists. I know there are a lot of name variations and psuedonyms in there but it's still an impressive milestone.

we go grocery shopping once every two weeks. For some reason, though there are just the two of us, we come out with enough food to feed something like 5 people. I have no fucking idea why, and my attempts to streamline the shopping list have thus far come to naught.

QoTD: Usually every Friday or Saturday after payday (every two weeks). But of course, there is usually at least one or two additional trips to the grocery store. Biggest thing is, no matter how well stocked we are, we usually feel to lazy to cook, so we eat something microwaved or go out. If I buy steaks or anything "exotic", it usually gets freezer burnt before we eat it.
Damn Americans, we're so wasteful!
The good thing, though, is if I have a small check, we don't need to go grocery shopping as we have enough to make do. Even if it is something that requires 5 hours to cook. :)

I've got HOMBH nailed down fairly well with someone. I think it is going to sound great! A lot of work went into good vocal delivery and the song is no longer southern rock. I think pleasing it will be.

We go grocery shopping about every week - week and a half. We always need milk and we always need bananas, we usually need bread and cherry tomatoes (one of the only good for you things the kids will eat these days)

Currently on our list that is magneted to the fridge:

Peanut butter
Freezer bags
Shaving cream
Mouth wash

We usually only write down the unusual stuff that doesn't get refreshed on a weekly basis.

Phil and I dropped the kids off at his parents yesterday and went to the MN State fair. Last weekend we went with them, this weekend it was our turn to have fun. I will post some pictures later.

Phil's brother Tone turns 26 today. We bought him a cheap microwave. The kid eats a heck of a lot of microwave burritos and was suddenly microwaveless both at work and home. His parents got him one too. Funny.

I partied rather hard last night, so I(with my other friends who slept over) woke up pretty late. Most of them left, but one stayed and we watched all of Undeclared. We took a break to pick up her car and go to Wawa to get some coffee/energy drinks/sandwiches. Then my parents came back from dropping off my brother at college in Boston. We all went out to the supermarket to grab dinner. Ate dinner. Now we're gonna watch Child of Our Time and then Entourage/Flight of the Conchords. Yay for lazy days where you do nothing productive!

QOTD: We just go shopping when we need something(or when we run out of fresh fruit or veg), it's not really a hugely premeditated thing. The 'big' shop is usually done by my mum on Sundays, but if one of us needs something, we'll just pop down the hill to get it. I enjoy going grocery shopping, and I'm very good about buying cheap stuff by using coupons.

I usually go once a week because I don't like spending too much on food at once. I usually go until I have nothing to eat. It's like, "Shit. I'm eating peanuts for breakfast. Time to go to the store."

That's TRUE!

Looks like youz guys had a blast. Our regional fair consists of tractor pulls and country singing... oh, and line dancing...ug! The best part? The baked potato stand with ungodly amounts of chili and cheese (and indigestion).

Yeah, we checked out the RV display and Phil tried to convince me that we need to sell our house and buy a motorhome so we can sleep in a different grocery store parking lot every night!
