Pretty girls' art, OTOH, I usually try to forget.

(for those of you who didn't go to art school, the prettiest girls tend to make the ugliest art)

If you've been trying to imply something just go ahead and say it. I'm sure I can handle it.

C.Layne: Thank you, you're a real sweetie for saying that.

If I was, I would've said it. I have no idea what you look like, so I wasn't talking about you specifically. Just musing about a phenomenon (that probably works for men too).

I've only been in an art class for 2 days in high school before I couldn't stand it, if that even counts... So I wouldn't really know if it's true. What I do know is I've met some attractive and talented songfighters so I can say that people can be gifted in art and beauty.

I wont bore anyone with names though....heh

I think we're forgetting this thread is about the art...heh

Which by the way... This emoticon- looks like it's from Lauren's Cancer cover. If it is that's really awesome.

It is from the Cancer cover. I did my best to create it at that size and keep the cool look that Lauren had first created.

You'd be surprised. For a bunch of people who spend their time making music on the web then chatting about in on a forum, we're an attractive bunch. When I collected pics for my SF 200, I was shocked. Have you seen Zareen of the Befores? Do you know how GQ R. Mosquito is? We are an attractive lot. One of these days I've gotta put together that Mugshots page....

When is it? *excited excited* Don't go and have a live fight when I'm gone on summer or spring breaks, now. Then I'll just cry.

I was afraid that with four titles the art would be perpetually missing. Much to my surprise, not only is it promptly present, it's all great. Especially Gallows Hill, which has absolutely amazing colouring. Good job everyone.

Yes, the skyline in GH is tremendous. Also last week's DogBoy Hits the Skids was the best thing about that fight. Lovely stuff. I'd like to see a painted comic in that style ....

Thank you for the compliments. I have so many limitations to what I can draw at work it's really such a great priveledge to be able to draw so freely, and share it with others. I'm honored that it's appreciated. I mean I know I'm not Lauren, but I do what I can. <3
Will draw for food. :(
