Yeah, I got that too, in WMP. In fact, the files, for example:
http://www.songfight.org/music/badattra ... action.mp3
do not exist according to Firefox also.
Oh, there needs to be an underscore between bad and attraction:
http://www.songfight.org/music/bad_attr ... action.mp3

Oh, duh, yeah, the playlist is using the wrong song key (badattraction instead of bad_attraction). Easy fix. Try now.

I think there's a problem with the file for Max the Cat's "Are You having Fun?"

Right you are. The file appears corrupted.

Anybody got a replacement? Max? fluffy?

I have what claims to be good but I don't know if it's good right now. I'll upload it in a bit if it is.

[EDIT] Nope, no good, although it looks like it never was.

How about the Wilson Heights Group's "Moonshine"? I think it's got the same issue.

The version in the archive works for me.

Doesn't work for me. :(

I just redownloaded the one in the archive and it definitely work in Ubuntu's mp3 player, although it does look like it's an MPEG ADTS file instead of the much more common MPEG-1. I'll see if there's a way to convert it without transcoding.

[EDIT] Looks like all my mp3 files are ADTS actually. never mind.

It wouldn't work for me, so I ran it through the good old sfencode.bat and it worked perfectly.

The Semolina Pilchards (6)
the Semolina Pilchards (1)

http://songfight.org/artistpage.php?key ... _pilchards

These two entries lead to the same page which only has one entry.

I would appreciate if they were just combined into one "The Semolina Pilchards"

Thanks!

Ken

What's up with the "Poison Pill" entry for Poppetshuw?

http://www.songfight.org/songpage.php?key=poison_pill

The MP3 URL is:

http://www.songfight.org/none

Weird. I'm guessing the file was lost somehow? Also weird is that I was adding a feature to go to random songs and that was one of the first ones that came up and it happened to be broken. That's what I get for snooping around the dusty corners of the archive I suppose.

That's one of the (few) songs which got lost in the Great Server Change. Someday I'll get around to taking one of my old computers back from my sister which just might have an old mirror of the archive on it (I'm hoping it also has the original, superior version of Narbotic's I LOVE YOU).

That's odd. Not me. Anyone else having this problem?

I just tried loading the archive page sorted by title and got:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1025 bytes) in /home/fightmaster/songfight.org/archive.php on line 515
(insert snarky comment about needing to drive this with a real database)

but anyway,

Works for me. Maybe Niveous could give precise reproduction steps?
