Google is a search engine, here's the URL since you're wondering:
http://www.google.com
and likewise, here's MC Hawkings' site:
http://www.mchawking.com
Best I could see is that MC Hawkings is also MC Frontalot. Who else is MC Hawkings? Can anyone enlighten me?

There's a link on MC Hawkings' site, I guess they are related in some way. Hey I just want to listen to all other tracks by the same artist who did MC Hawkings. I guess maybe MC Hawkings is only and ever shall be only MC Hawkings. Shucks.

Except for those times when he is MC Hawking.

They are pals.

Ok ok I get it. Frontalot and Hawking are pals. Hawking is Hawking unless plural or in the possessive in which case there could be an "s" or "s'" added to the name.
And the winner of the fight for "What We Need More of is Science" truly has a mind boggling way of getting me psyched.

If you have not seen the trailer for MC Hawking's CD, you should. It is hilarious. Not to mention: the CD really does exist!
http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/172475
I actually sampled parts of the commercial for use in my Def Author songfight track Say the Word.
Google research can turn up Hawking's alter ego. It is not Frontalot, I assure you. Both are great nerdcore artists, but they are not one and the same.
There was a time when I thought Blue and Spud were the same person. At one point I would ride in the same vehicle as both of them (And Front, and the often underappreciated Yook!
None of the people I just mentioned are Hawking's alter-ego either.
ROCK!

Thanks for the links, I know the name of the MC Hawking artist, I just didn't know if there was a person on songfight who had submitted in say 10-15 other names and such. Thanks again for the info.! I appreciate it.
Yep I've checked the tsunami benefit site...I'm getting proof to send from a tsunami benefit show I played on Mar. 24th. Oddly, the other MC Hawking stuff, in general I'm not into it...which was why I'm so amazed about Science. Maybe it's the way the music integrates with the vocal rhythms. And the deep-laden thematic content. [/quote]

I am creating this post to thank you, and to have access to the track for when I am not work, so I can burn it to a disc and crank it at maximum volume!

I missed out on losing to Pipefist, twas before my Songfight! time. The Wrath of God fight is one of my favs because of you guys

I still listen to those two WoG tunes on a regular basis...IMO, that fight was a tie between the two of you. So no word from PF, eh?

This is said a fair amount, but nowhere near enough, does not King Arthur rock?

Sometimes he rocks, more often he just reclines. He has, however, in honor of Tchaikovsky's birthday, been declared an honorary dead white guy.
So, y'know, thanks, j$

I have been coming to Songfight and just listening and voting since September of last year. The other half of the band and myself will start contributing soon (she'll never post on the boards, though), but I want to give some thoughts as a listener.
Favorite artists - These are the ones who have jumped out and really made an impression on me with their songs ...
Boltoph
Johnny Cashpoint
Astrolamb (for sheer uniqueness)!
Luke Henley
ADD
Southwest Statistic (for sheer production value)
Pookah (who just had the two songs -- both great)
The Hell Yeahs
40 Second Songs
Hoblit (I love his commitment to the vox)
And several more, but they're slipping my mind at this moment.
And I also want to say that every week when I read the reviews/boards I am beyond impressed by the community here. There are so many people willing to help each other and take the time to offer advice, listen to each other's songs ...
This is just the greatest place ever.

There is currently a $1.25 million prize being offered to anyone who can provide proof of a living thylacine.
To find one I suppose I'd really have to go crawling around the forests of SW Tasmania - I guess it was always going to be a long shot that one might just pop up on the Songfight message board
