In. I kinda like this 9 pm Pacific thing - now I won't be up all night obsessing over the mix.

Last year things got posted pretty quick - will we get to hear these pretty soon after deadline, too?.....

Somebody please tell me I made it...
I just saw this on here and quickly put something together - didn't get a chance to read much about it and not sure I submitted correctly.
My computer said exactly 9pm when sent.

Thank You!
But, can you use the one I just sent instead? I just realized that it was sent with almost no volume.

is this a pre-fight/post-fight thread? do reviews go here or elsewhere?

edit: the whistling on my song is supposed to be the little communication melody from Close Encounters of the Third Kind because my song is about alien abduction. but, being that my whistling is not that great and my song was a live take, it may not be that recognizable.

edit 2: my submission is under the name Test Week Hiatus.

Reviews/comments on the Round Zero songs belong here, I thought. Last year each round had its own thread, which was the thread with the initial title/challenge/deadline, followed by pre-fight comments, then the song links, then reviews/comments of the songs, then results for the round, then post-results comments. For example:

Tiny Robots made my favorite song of this round, but Wreckdom and Frankie are right there.

From time to time I feel like I shouldn't like Wreckdom, but I can't help it. They brought the rock swagger this week for sure.

ROCK!

Jeux sans frontieres!!!!!!!!

Great Job everyone! There's not a bad song in the bunch. I've had 2 full listens. I sure love Nur Ein! Still juggling the order of my favorites.

Going from my song to Ross' gave me a chuckle. Then the darkness snuck in, heh. Nice one, Ross!

I was a bit worried at first about my strange brash changes in my song because I started listening from the top of the list to all the pretty songs. But then as I got down the list I was in good company with Rabid Gargunkel and Wreckdom to name a couple which took away that uneasy feeling like a nudest on a really really cold day.

Every single song is a gem.

Great work, everyone! If there'd been one more song, I'm sure I'd have been on the cutting room floor.

Haven't listened to all of these yet, but what I've heard is great. Especially Howl Down the Chimney and Billy's Little Trip.

I don't envy the judges right about now. :D

So very true. This whole fight is either one extreme or the other.
