For some G'forsaken reason, I have rereleased my AAD- "The Scattershot". It can be found on my Multiply Page: niveous.multiply.com
Also on that page can be found the rerelease of my 2004 album "Organizations" and a collection of miscellaneous Niveous tunes called "Of Scissors and Blades" including a never before released track- a cover of Ween's "What Deaner Was Talking About" (as requested by Glenn Case).

At nearly 4am, Phunt Your Friends started an AAD. (That's 1am PST, and 10am in France). We've made about 2.5 songs so far, and I sure am sleepy. Not that any of you will ever hear it, since we have no webspace, but... well, it's gonna be awesome.

If you finish it, I will host it for you for a limited period (say, six months.)

After twenty-four hours, the phunters found themselves in a state of confusion, fear, confusion, and pain. Drew broke into tears at the sight of his own feet, which he mistook for two of the Four Horsemen. Ryan had accidentally chewed off his right pinky, believing it to be a celery stick. The strange thing is, he hates celery.
But they persevered! And when the waters of sanity finally calmed to a still, they opened their eyes and saw an AAD. They named it "How the Tales of Incubi, Djinns, and Nymphs May Interweave". They're still trying to verify that they are indeed the ones who made it, but assuming that they are....
It is done.
I'll mention as an aside that this effort doesn't contain any samples that weren't made by us during the making of the AAD. So if I hear the word "samplefest" one more time...

You can now hear Phunt Your Friends' AAD
here. A stream will follow when I have a chance to make it (probably this afternoon). Any spelling msitakes / link errors, let me know!

This is a story told through music. You could call it an opera, I guess. Maybe we'll make a libretto sometime soon, since I doubt many people will be able to tell what's going on.
Freddielove is one of the characters. Not sure if he'll be proud or offended by that.

I have the rest of the week off so I figure 10am Thursday through 10am Friday I'm gonna pull together an AAD. Maybe. I may just go shopping with my mum instead and chicken out, but y'know, it could be kinda fun... Maybe. Prayer For Pancakes was 'fun'

They're kinda... eh, okay. But it was fun nonetheless. Surprisingly easy, but I guess it's only really g&g so it was pretty simple to do. And it's only 22.2 minutes, but hey, that's long enough

Great job, BJAM.. This is pleasant to listen to. Your vocals have greatly improved since your first songs here in songfight.
My favorites are the last 2. Both have good vocal melodies...
And am not sure how you could ever make love to a guitar, but good luck trying.
