Yep, you're so much smarter and more enlightened than the rest of us, who actually need to construct thoughts into sentences before trying to make a point with them.

I don't know how this thread went from videos to politics and regional dialects, but here is a video I made a couple of months ago. The link goes to myspace instead of youtube because youtube makes mars look like a disco ball.

Dude, both of your videos are great! You definitely have your won horror / sci-fi influence. I like symphony of death best, so some more.

The weird thing is, June, I often wish you could form ideas into sentences so I knew what you want to say. It seems you're really struggling to get your ideas out, but you feel entirely capable and obvious don't see it as a struggle. I don't mean to judge you, but since we're confused (as far as I can tell 100% of us) and you're convinced it's US and not YOU, then maybe it is you.

When two people speak the same dialect and share the same value system, they have more points of reference and require fewer words to communicate. If you'd wake up and realize that you're on a different plain (which is a very cool thing indeed) and you're truly interested in a "conversation" then you'd better make an attempt to clarify your thoughts to be better understood. Otherwise, we'll all write you off as you threaten to do to on these boards. And then nobody gets anywhere.

On the other hand, your messages are very lyrical and totally work on that level. Maybe that's the point, and they belong in the "lyrics for sale" thread. So, to stay on topic, here's what John Lennon said about that.

This is the coolest rare video of the Deftones ever. An early, very different version of 'MX'.

It's a parody of "We Didn't Start The Fire," only instead of historical events, it's Internet memes. Really makes ya think about the hours of your life spent in front of the computer when you could have been saving the world.

Are you saying you can't save the world by speeding hours and hours of your life in front of a computer?

Fair enough. But I would argue that it is impossible to save the world while spending hours in front of your computer watching the Star Wars Kid and Chris Crocker.

She did a show with Jonathan Coulton (and Paul & Storm) in Seattle about a week and a half ago, and there's some great video of it on this channel: http://youtube.com/view_play_list?p=C4A38C6F2CC2FF1E

I'm particularly enamored of the version they did of "Baby Got Back," as seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tU-ddPH_Wtc
