Let's figure a way to make one giant playlist with all these videos on it.

That vid was posted yesterday and he has 76 comments from all over the world. Japan and Austria were mentioned and you can tell from the typing accents, there are more. That guy has one hell of a following. It might have to do with the fact that he's a pharmaceutical grower/supplier and has a paraphernalia business in Colorado, lol. I love reading the comments. No complaints about my song and 3 or 4 said they liked it. Yay! :P I can now Reist in peace.

Fixed.
Funny how that spot for the verb was the punchline to my closing joke, and even though I "thought it", I didn't "type it".

Hey, another one of my songs was used in another Tokin Daily vid. Apparently he has the same tastes as Niveous, because Niv put this song in his annual top 200 a few years ago when I made the song for a title fight here. I can't believe the following this guy has. This is the third song of mine he's used and every time my myspace email blows up with people from all over the world wanting a CD, etc. I swear, if I was to ever try to record and produce quality music to sell, this is how I would promote it.

I'm not bragging, it's just nice to hear that your work is actually heard and liked. I don't know why, but I get excited when I hear a response from other parts of the world.
awsome song

I suppose I should post this here for posterity - me covering Rabid Gurfunkel:

Actually working on 2 more videos at the moment - my first crack at this medium.
One is a video for the title track of my CD, "Sleeper"... http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/caravanray... (a great little stocking filler BTW) - which I have done in true Duran Duran style by filming entirely on location in Thailand, and also a very secret Rolf Harris related project I am working on with my daughter.

...well, yes - maybe it is a bit much. I was just trying to work out how iMovie works really. I will have another go at editing one day when I get around to it.

At first when you said "wake up!" I thought you said "wanker". I got it by the second or third time.

...but now I can't stop saying WANKAH, open up your eye eye eyes.

Probably not exactly in the way you ever imagined. But ya gotzta take it how ever you can get it.
By the way, you are in the credits as the writer, but he just said BLT. I've already gotten around 10 emails and the MP3 shows you as the writer on the tag thingy.

Oh, Elaine is doing backup vocals.

I was just listening to the song you did keys on with me Jon. That song rocked damn hard. The vocals fell short and I've thought about ditching the vocals tracks and making a rap rock out of it. Or some other version. Because it really rocks by itself.

I know you guys are getting sick of me talking about this, but I found a new form of creative musical excitement.

Paul from The Tokin Daily Show asked me to make him a new intro/theme song. I happily accepted and decided I'd give him 3 or 4 different genre styles to pick from. This is my first ever crack at jingle/theme music. It's awesome fun!

My biggest hurdle is that the intro can only be 15 seconds long!

Anyway, I sent the first one over to him yesterday. It's supposed to be a 15 second slide show with pics and the title of the show. But he was so excited about it, he used it on todays show, lol. And I gave him closing music without lyrics.

He posted it about an hour ago and I'm reading the comments to see how it's doing. So far so good.

Oh, and after all 4 intros are done, he's going to let his viewers pick which one to use. There will be a reggae, punk, funk and blues. All geared for the general public as best as I can.

Check it out.

Would you like to share my excitement? I have plenty to go around. :D

I know, that beard is cool. He'd probably let you.

I could never pull that off. (pun) In his line of business it's just part of the dress code. He's a state licensed Pharisaical grower. Shishkaberry is one of his fav strains, so that's why I mentioned it in the intro, lol.

I love reading the comments. Most good, but every time someone doesn't like it, I get a mini sad. :(

I like the sound of this one.
"Fucking awesome intro! You should have the video be like, a cartoon of you walkin through a trippy forest smokin your blue gandalf that you smoke hash out of normally. That would be awesome!"
:P

Then there's this.
"great just what we need something else to make people lookdown on stoner.how old are you 13.keep the old intro"
:(

Then another one of these.
"Intro is coo. Better than the old 1"
:)

Ugh, it's an emotional roller coaster!
