I've done gone decided what the world needs is a Hoosenbergler album. So I will be releasing the best of my FAWM stuff along with some other stuff done before, to make a full length (40 minute) Hoosenbergler album as a CD-R, with a colour booklet, all that nice designy stuff.

it will be free to anyone who wants one. I will even pay the postage (since that would be easier than trying to get the money from anyone.) I imagine it will be ready in a month, let's say May 1st to be safe.

Glenn, have you tried the SongFight Song Idea Generator? The link is below, in my .sig. It's a good addition to titles. Sometimes you can even use them together on the same song, but that's challenging.

The RPM clocked in at 29:58, the FAWM around 43 minutes or so.

Damn Charlie, that's some quality music! I also scanned through your other stuff too, and it will take me days to listen to everything. Your 4 tracks are funny as hell bro. That voice is a crack up.

Well, I'm cheesin' out.

I did a bunch of songs for FAWM under my Tapegerm alter-ego. I'm gonna take the best of them (and a couple other tracks) and assemble an album for the RPM with them. I'll fill out the FAWM fourteen with SongFight submissions. Probably not the nerdcore one.

The Album A Day I suggested? Not gonna happen. Still, it was a good month. (unless you go by votes. heh.)

Aw, you're not cheesin' out, Jim. But I am checking in to report that I just finished my first ever AAD: 23 hours to record, 12 songs at 30 minutes 18 seconds. I haven't listened yet, but I'll do that and upload it tomorrow. With just tw3rp half finished, I'm looking to complete a very productive month. Hooray for quantity! Much listenening coming up guys, so I'll post ya's some comments over at FAWM soon.

Charlie you are a machine! I don't know how you produced so much quality music in such a condensed period but you did, and you can feel immensly proud of yourself, personally I'm 'music'ed out after FAWM (although relatively pleased with my first ever album!).

Furthermore I'd like to offer my congratulations and thanks to all you guys for some intense and high quality output throughout this month.

I am a machine, so have Cynthia watch her back. Here is the AAD link, I think it may be the best album of the three I done did, although I have yet to listen to the FAWM. Nubsy-AADI should be mailing in TW3RP tomorrow, thus finishing the Most Productive Month Ever. I'll be the heap over in the corner.

I haven't gone back to master the tracks as an album yet though, so the EQ/volume is a little off between demos, and the demos are a little rough. But 14 songs are written that wouldn't otherwise have been, so I'm a happy panda. Now I can go back and listen to what y'all have been up to!

I failed to produce an RPM album or an AAD, and I'm fairly certain that I am going to fail to complete FAWM too.

Technically, I have 4 instrumental demos that I threw together that would probably be fairly easy to complete, but I am not sure that I like any of them.

Rather than push out sub-par songs to complete the album on time, I'm probably going to take my time, revise the good ones, and see what happens from there. In the meantime, I am burnt out.

I'm sure Mr. Case is the argument for quality over quantity and hope we can hear the fuits of your labors, sir. I just sent in the TW3RP entry so it's tally time: 14 song FAWM album, 10 song RPM album, 12 song AAD, 4 Songfight entries and 1 vocal contribution to Phil Redmon's SF rap-fest (I can't remember what it's called-sorry)

I can't argue against spending time on your work to improve it, but I believe that all this productivity is very good for stirring the creative juices and for perhaps not over-doing things, which I feel I often do. I like some of the songs in the batches I brewed very much and know of a couple I get embarrased listening to by myself. Worth it? Hell yeah! Do it again soon? Hell no!
