are there even play times yet?

Unless there is something I'm missing. Which is always possible.

Hey, is anyone going to update the songfight live page? Right now it's showing the 2006 gig as up and coming...

If it helps with slottagination, my "set" will be GnG. So if there is a designated unplugged portion of the evening, put me there. Any jamming I do, however, will be as plugged as possible.

MySpace page updated. The Mighty Octothorpe will not be attending, unless there are some severe changes in our financial situation in the very near future. Building a house, it turns out, can be a little expensive.

Let me be the first to say that I am saddened by this. I understand however and good luck with the house. I'm just getting back on my feet financially and saving a few bucks road tripping. Driving from Seattle isn't an option. (nor would it be cheaper)

Ya'll WILL be missed. :-(

I'm excited to see everybody else though. Heck, I'm going to have a good time just eating wings at Taco Mac and the jerk chicken plate at Bridgetown Grill.. and if I can fit in Savage Pizza... oh man... Atkin's Park... love those beer battered chicken fingers.

I should just move back.

Last call for the Braves/Giants on Thursday night. I'm looking at several blocks of tickets and am happy to get enough for everyone, but so far, it looks like just me and Sheail. I'd like to buy them tonight, so let me know ASAP. Thanks.

This show is low on details and attendance. Let's do something about both!

Dre and I will be staying at the Highland Inn. Its a cool little place between my old hood (The Virginia Highlands) and the coolest part of town. (Little Five Points, not to be mistaken for Five Points downtown).

It sounded like they still had rooms available. It's QUAINT. It's got CHARM...it's not exactly Comfort in or the Mariott. You sorta have to like this type of place. Its a little like the Queen Ann ('cept a lot smaller) in Seattle. Old but groovy. I've stayed there many times over the span of a bunch of years.

Very nice, very nice indeed. I should point out that having my own set appeals to me about as much as a violent rectal probing, or having to watch a Spurs game. Sir Frankie of Big Face was kind enough to let me join him for a bit of g 'n' g 'n' g 'n' g type action. I'll be there the whole of Thursday as well if anyone else wants to hire a journeyman guitarist with a funny accent.

That's cool Sheail, if you're going to play on other people's sets, we'll move someone from Saturday to Thursday. The slots in the flier aren't set in stone. That leaves more time for the live fight.
