Wow, uh, derailed a bit. But anyway.

I don't have ANY opinions about this subject.

HOWEVER, it doesn't seem like Bandcamp is a place to interact, and Soundcloud never makes me think ecommerce. Neither makes discovery a very pleasant experience, and I'll call out Bandcamp especially so since it hasn't figured out what genre means yet. At least on Soundcloud you see a lot of comments pointing you to another band's page.
