Indiana Jones can be running through poison dart traps and survive without doing anything, so there's no way Han Solo could beat him. They're both pretty lucky fighters ... Ong Bak could beat them both easy.

The question is moot; Han Solo and Indiana Jones would never get into a fist fight in the first place. Any beef would be settled by an intense-stare-off.

Yeah, Indiana Jones.
Han was cooler, for sure. Rocked a mean vest, and so forth. Funnier. But you never saw him sweat.
Indy was a sweaty ass dude. He'd kick Han's ass with sweat.
