The fundamentals of democracy are clear. Having a voice is essential. having a choice is also essential.

Limited Terms allows for growth because it insures a flow of new members and leaders and a refreshing of the community.

It has nothing to do with whether JB or Spud are capable or incapable.

We are stuck with the democratic decision of having George Bush as a president. Fortunately because we have democratic form which includes limited terms we are not stuck forever.

When web communities are functioning according to democratic principles there will be a new explosion of development that has not been seen for 5 years.

As far as how to achieve democracy, there is only one thing that I am sure of. Democracy is not a poll. It is a form that defines the limits of the various functions within communities.

President, Secretary and Treasurer.

That's all I know so far.
