I'm on Reason 3, and right now my recording setup is broken down so if anyone's interested in any additions I might add, I'd love to take a stab.
The idea is great because that reason file is tiny and so easy to transport around. If anyone's interested in my contribution, lemme know! It's a good time for me to do this because for the next two weeks I don't have recording setup but I can easily work on Reason tracks.
I got a new pair of headphones too so that means I can stay up all night without waking my girlfriend up, while i rock out in our small apartment.
I also just got a DVD packed with refills...I don't have to use em though....

Hi Boltoph,
You are welcome to join. I've got a file from Starfinger I can send you in a few days when I'm done with it.

Sam's just passed the/a file to me and shifted to later in the order, so the first one's still moving around. Ken's after me?

hey cool.. we should probably not use samples from nonstandard refills, but synth patches and stuff should not be a problem

No problem. If a file comes my way, i'll stick to Factory and Orkester sound banks. Sweet!

hey, is it too late to get in on this?

i think it will never be too late.. there are two files circulating now, if anybody wants to just make a new one and send it to somebody else I think that's cool. but I'm not quite sure what Ken envisioned here..

Man I need to get me some Reason again. I'm sad that I don't have it anymore.

If whoever wants to send it to
furry_pedro@hotmail.com when they're done I'd love to have a tweak. Are we on v.3 or 2.5? I don't want to go and use a combinator if someone else won't be able to see it.

Very cool.
I'd like to get a foot in. I have been wanting to upgrade anyway.
Question - If Boltoph uses a refill that somebody else doesn't have, what happens?
Thanks.

I think the consensus was to use v3.0, and to stay within the factory and Orkester sound banks, the stuff that comes with the program, and to not use any other ReFills.

Good question. I sent the one you started to Boltoph last week.

FULL EDIT:
NewCorpse3.rns is complete and ready for Furrypedro. Since I saw Rabid had one from Sam...
I haven't added anything beyond the first loop, I just supplemented what was already there. Needs a whole next section, something to bring home the bacon.
Digging it! Got that tuba part (I doubled and harmonized it in places with a bassoon into scream) it stuck in my head now. It sounds so sticky.

New Corpse 4 is ready for Freddie as soon as I get an address to send it to.
I dunno if I brought home the bacon, but I did break it down with an 8-bit beat. I also changed the bass patch, hope nobody minds (it can always be changed back), I fancied something with a bit more sub.
I have 2 questions:
Question the first: Who's mixing? (I shall assume Ken as this was his idea)
Question the second: Will vocals ever be added? what do people think.
