1 - 2 - 3 - 4
No matter how much we give, you come back for more
How much will you spend on your cute little war
500 billion and counting
5 – 6 - 7 – 8 - 9
I keep on a’countin’ but there’s more and more dyin’
There’s no funerals on TV so things must be fine
It’s close to 4 thousand and counting
[Of course that’s not counting the 28,000 wounded, over 300 troops from other countries killed and over a million Iraqi’s gone]
9-and-a-half 10 – 11 - 12
The war pays for Exxon, the war pays for Shell
You ‘d think we’d at least get cheap gas as well but it’s
3-fifty a gallon and counting
No matter how high I count it seems it never ends
The only way to work it out is to count down again
425 – 424
We shouldn’t have to put up with this crap anymore
How long do we have of this madman and his war?
423 days counting
[that’s as of Friday anyway]
