Try just using bozos.com, not http://www.bozos.com. I've been having strange DNS related issues with my server for a while. http://www.bozos.com works for me at my office, but at home I have to use just bozos.com.

Weird. I added the www to your URLs because they wouldn't work (for me) without it. Strange DNS issues indeed. Sorry about screwing it up for BLT.

Yeah, they work fine as long as I pull the http://www. off of the links.
Damn dude, nice write up. You really do have some hum issues there.

Do we have an official How To and Tech Write up section here? This would be great info to show up on a Google search pointing to SF.

now if only your webserver worked.. :D looks like you have a vhost configuration issue.. the DNS seems to be fine (points to the same web site as geneticmail.com, right?), but once you get there it wont answer for bozos.

There should be settings in your DNS options to propagate both versions.

I wish I were the admin and could fix whatever the problem is, but I'm not. That's the price I pay for the otherwise free hosting I've been getting for years. I'm starting to think maybe I'd be better off paying, though, so I could avoid all these kinds of problems. Unfortunately I'd want Java hosting, which is kind of expensive...

I've looked at those guys before. Their two cheapest plans are for hosting of apps on a shared Tomcat instance, which means that if I wanted to restart my app server I have to put in a support ticket. I'd prefer one of the private Tomcat plans, where I'd have a little more control, and those start at $20/month, according to their homepage:

https://www.visionwebhosting.net/index.html

Maybe I don't really need that, though, I don't know. I'm just starting to think about paying for hosting, so I'm not 100% sure what my requirements are going to be. But thanks for pointing them out, anyway.
