Complain about your schedule. Apparently people like that sort of thing.

No more extensions. If it's not in by 4:30, it's a goose-egg. I had one large paper that was to be due at that time anyway, but due to my negligence, two late papers are also due at the same time, for a total of 30-42 pages of writing. Of which I've currently got about five. I won't be sleeping tonight, so I might be pretending you all care and posting here periodically for the next fifteen hours to keep myself sane. Just so you know.
ah, those were the days....... :)

good luck jon eric. i've been there and it ain't pretty.
No - I can happily say I have never been anywhere near where jon eric is. There is nothing so pathetic about students whinging about how much work they have to do. Seriously - either just do whatever your doing - or don't do it and go out and get pissed or something. That always worked for me. Now I've got two degrees. Ha!!
Well, I'd like to think I'm not whining... it's a reasonable amount of work, and I was given a reasonable amount ot time to do it, but then I didn't use the time that was given to me. Totally my fault. But hey, it's the daily roll call, right? And I've got six hours left!

Congratulations to the people with good work ethics!

Cool, when you think of it, let me know. It sounds just like SONG FIGHT, but better. :P

Actually, SF members have been very helpful with me. My brain just wouldn't let me even take another breath until I made a lame joke about this statement.

I just went out drinking a lot. I usually relied on other people doing most of my work for me - then copied it at the last minute. I always found it a good plan to occasionally hang out with the smart, nerdy people. I would form symbiotic relationships whereby I would make them look cool and they would make my life easier.

It is a skill that has lasted through most of my professional life too. I don't know what I will do should the day ever come that I lose my good looks and charm.

Speaking of whiny students, I'm definitely not one right now! Exams are finished, and life is great!
