Thanks, Eddie

I look forward to whatever you might be able to pull off witht hem. I was listening to the older material and your textures are very creative.

Seeing as 8LO and HInc sent you stuff, is there anything that you feel you'd need for this week's chop shop. Maybe instead of sending my original sample, perhaps I can tailor something? Or would that be purpose defeating?

Anyone can send whatever they want- BUT- as I see it the real chaalenge lies in using stuff that wasn't designed to fit together.
I will post some samples here in a little while for anyone else who is giving this a whirl.

My cat and I worked on our contributions independently so we wouldn't influence eachother:

Check your pm's, Eddiebangs, or just tell us what your email is. I have no means of posting my samples.

So is anyone else trying this, or is it just me? Just curious...

I will probably try to arrange something, but I have a collab that's taking precedence right now.

I probably got carried away, but it was fun.

Lots of percussion.

Some desk sounds (scissors, cd rack, coins, paperclips, paper, cappuccino lid, hand slam, rubber band - which makes a great processed tom, speaker feedback - which is hella irritating), See & Say (nursery rhymes, scratches), slide whistle, and vocal goofiness; all in one tasty RAR file.

Hope something's useful in that bunch.

So from famine to feast, it was both a blessing and a curse to have so many samples and sounds this time around. I unwisely attempted to use all of them. This is one of my weirdest yet. I dig it, but I think most will hate it. My kids helped with the "lyrics/story" - I guess it's good to explore your "Weird Al" side every once in a while....

All? Holy crap, that I gotta hear.
It looks like the collab I was going to do will happen, just somewhat late, still using the ChopShop samples. I'll post when it's available.
