That's the spirit! Revenge is a dish best served musically.
Incidentally,
"Well, fuck that guy...I'll show him next time! I'm gonna work that much harder on the next fight I'm in" is exactly what Hitler said after he heard about the Treaty of Versailles. He wasn't one to let a few bad reviews put him off. Youngsters today just lack that sort of commitment.
Frickin' Godwin's law.

Ok, I clicked on Jon's link, had to spend too much time trying to find out just what Godwin's law was all abooot, found out, looked at the comic again, said heh, then clicked next. BUT, it all paid off when I found this on the xkcd comix.

er, yeah, ok ay then.
but back to the original topic... after my second songfight song ("space cadet"), which was the first song i recorded vocals on, i got a lot of reviews where people were pretty harsh about not being able to hear them or what i was saying. that was totally fair. in fact, after i got so many of them, i re-mixed that song so they could be heard better (of course at that time i was using a computer mic, so they weren't going to get much better). it did teach me not to try to hide my vocals in the instrumental tracks

of course those were on dumbrella too, so i think they're lost.
