Last.fm has had something similar for a while, including an RSS feed so you can get updates without actually going to the site. I actually like Last.fm's model a lot better than Pandora's (no offense to any Pandora employees which may be watching), what with it being seeded based on things you actually listen to compared with other things that people listen to who also listen to what you listen to.
