Clinical trial for what? Surgical procedure, or post-surgery pain medication?

The amnesia effect with Midazolam varies by person, and most people do tend to have little glimmers of memories during the procedure. Personally, I didn't, and had a couple of flickers of not remembering stuff well after the procedure as well.
