What, am I the only one who thought of this right away? Tom, I KNOW you had to think of this...

Didn't even think of redheads...did think of the spice though.

Oy.

Thanks Calli, there goes my song that was practically writing it's self and I already gave my second idea to dantes. THAT'S JUST GREAT!

I could go with my 3rd idea about a prostitute with really bad dental hygiene named Ginger Vydass that is famous for her gum jobs. But I'm pretty sure everyone here is writing abooot that.

Maybe it needs a little ginger to spice it up then? May I suggest an irish setter puppy? They are redheads too...

I have an idea, so I'm chatting with "my" Ginger on FB to make sure she's ok with it, after all it's about her.

OK, lyrics done, now for my partner to work his musical magic and add a proper tune.

*twiddles thumbs*

So, any chance of getting the next rounds challenge early?

I'm lucky I have a great partner. :) He spent a lot of time analyzing all my mikes yesterday, and determined the best one for me to use and the best way for me to use audacity to record with- yay Caleb!

Boy, have I got a surprise for ya'll. This contest has completely ruined my taste in music.
If I had a dollar for every one of my songs j$ has called a 90s pastiche, I'd have $1 for every song I've written.

don't go there, girlfriend ;)

I think we are back at cryptic innuendo for me. fortunately, at least it fits the subject matter this time, and is NOT a stretch. In that I wouldn't have to write a long drawn-out blog to explain why the song fit the challenge; which sort of means that it really kindaalmostdidn't last round. I hope to land squarely on my feet this round. New mic. Yay!

Hey, a lot of people were doing it. We were all so young and naive.

I think the last song I made that I really liked was Boron Rod. Ginger is kind of growing on me, but it's still not my style.
