Bjam, I'm working on securing a date ASAP. Got a meeting with the booking guy from my #1 venue choice today. The date of the event will depend on venue availability, so it's kind of up to them, but I want to be able to announce in a week or less.

Not that it matters, but I'm not going to Austin any time soon. Sorry.

Jon just keyed me into this thread, I've been away from the boards. All I can say is I desperately want WreckdoM to play, I'm out of town the weekends of 8/23 & 8/31, and my birthday is 8/9, so this could either be the greatest birthday ever or the worst travel fail of all time, depending on the date it ends up being (fingers crossed )

I'm shooting for August 16-17, but I'm really at the mercy of the venue schedules here. I'm trying to make it official within DAYS.

I completely understand, I'm just hoping fortune smiles upon me this time.

I have secured a venue for both nights and a date.
We'll be having our shows on August 9th and 10th at Kick Butt Coffee, Music, & Booze.
