I just submitted my song. It's very ugly.

Got mine in. Originally had a mutated version of a cheesy 70s song, then started a police POV and wound up with what I wound up with.

In again at the last moment ... sorry for all of the rough edges ...

I submitted something on my own this week, working in collaboration with a good friend from college, the enigmatic Dr. Zoom. I also worked with Jerkatorium on a song as per usual. Having said that, I'm sure you'll understand my ambivalence about this fight, and my indifference as to the timing of the release of the songs this week. Yawn.

the 27% didn't donate me enough time (#occupysomepeoplewithsomemoneybutnotenoughmoneytohavewarrantedprotestsatthispointinhistory) here is the song i was going to enter:

https://praisemuzak.bandcamp.com/track/ ... -the-grass

i probably still could have entered, but i preferred to make sure i liked the song enough. also, "watching the riot" wasn't the best title for the song.

that said, i hope to songfight soon enough.

Ain't that nice, HNI:Fodroy? A grower not a shower perhaps but a charmin', interesting, wistful take on the subject matter which is distinctively yours. I liked it and would like to hear more round these parts of you.
