And Caravan Ray the Australian detective solves another SongFight mystery. "This man is not from Sydney!" he said trimphantly. "Case closed," remarked the Australian as he leaned back in his chair and picked up his pipe and monocle after another succesful day of crime solving.

Elementary my dear Bjam....you see, Sydney is the gayest city on earth - and a real Sydney-sider would only use the phrase "Homo Fag Queen" as a term of extreme endearment for a very close friend.

I spent five months in Sydney.
I will have to confirm Mr. Ray's assertion. Sydney is gay. A fun, cool kinda gay though. I enjoyed it.
I met this wacky singer dude, (gay but didn't hit on me. too much. ) Anyway, can not remember his name...but I got photos... not comprimising you little piggies. Anyway, he did this weird, almost vogue (ala madonna ... it was 1990.. ) dance /vocal thing. He had two male backup dancers, his keyboards, and a sequencer. I enjoyed it. The thing that made it funny though was the fact that he put on this campy show in a little pub in the outer fringes of Sydney.. I recall taking somekinda bus or subway or train...train..it was a train to see the show. Damn. I got his name written down. That'd be a hoot... " hey ...remember me... I googled your name... how's the music biz goin?"
He had a hot chick roomate too... oh yeah.

Leaf, your story reminds me of 'Precillia, Queen of the Desert' which is an awesome flick.

This reminds me of those
"Are you my mother?" books where the little birdie goes along trying to find his mother.
"Are you my wacky gay singer dude?"

Hippie American Mother and Womanizing Australian Father y'see.
Bjam: And Caravan Ray the Australian detective solves another SongFight mystery. *Bjam then blathered on being highly descriptive in an attempt to be funny."

Yes Bjam be quiet, i use the term as endearment for Caravan Ray! Heck ive always liked you Ray-Ray ever since i started posting here at the songfight forums...im not gay but i can certainly see myself slipping into homosexual desire as i fall under your spell.

nothing would make me happier (at least nothing songfight related) than to wake up one morning and find this thread has magically disappeared.

different strokes for different folks. the thread title certainly doesn't make a very good first impression of the songfight forum.
i'm all for freedom of speech. i'm up for moderating too.
there are plenty of other useless, pointless threads with better titles.

well, the magical fun moments of this thread are lost...sure you can re-read it..but it just doesn't recaputre the glory of discussing edible road kill.
too bad.
Now, if the thread title was "edible road kill" we might be on to something.
