So... what's with The Firehouse Space Location? I put Brooklyn on the poster, because that's what I saw in the Facebook event invite, but the other thread says Williamsburg, as does their website.

Williamsburg is a neighborhood of Brooklyn. They are both correct. It's like Fremont or Ballard in Seattle.

So, the weather forecast is looking a bit suspect for this weekend in NYC. Are we OK at the beer garden if it's raining? Just wanted to check. Any alternative plans if the Governor's Island afternoon gets rained out?

Packing today (Wednesday) and hitting the road as early as possible on Thursday for a beautiful (hack*cough) 6.5 hour drive up I95... I think I'm going to make my girlfriend drive once we hit NJ. Looking forward to meeting you folks.

In a delicious songfight based coincidence I find myself in Sunderland at the moment so I will indeed be travelling "Via Sunderland", hopefully also "Between the Rain".

I'm really hoping that rain clears out by Sunday. How many people are planning on going to Governor's Island (or an alternative if raining)? I may have an idea.

I dunno, with my time in the city shortened, and with 11 hours of show time between the two venues, I'm suddenly not very interested in that acoustic jam. Maybe that's just me, though.

I am also unfortunately not going to be able to make the acoustic jam due to other engagements for lunch on Sunday.

OK, if it rains on Sunday, there's a Party / Jam at roymond's in Brooklyn Heights (up the hill from the Governor's Island ferry on Pier 6). I have a weighted electric piano, guitars, toy instruments, etc. Most all trains are nearby.

Today is lineup day. So who likes to play early in the day? Later in the day?

I don't have a preference for early/late. I have a song that mentions Williamsburg so I guess maybe I'd slightly prefer to perform on Sunday if that's still an option.
