Exactly. That's why you're doing the singing.
You're not a bastard, Albatross

ALL SETS (except the live ones) have now been transferred to a digital format that I can transfer to YouTube.

NOW it's just a matter of actually transferring them to YouTube, and getting permission from those of you have not given it.

If you do not wish to have your set on YouTube, I will not push the issue. I will say that the closer we can get to having 100 percent of both nights, the cooler it will be. I know that many of you are glad that I have been doing this, and in all honesty? So am I. I like the idea of being able to access these online when I am wishing that I was back in Santa Cruz with y'all, instead of where I am.

ROCK!

You're welcome. Thanks for asking me to play. Does this also mean that you would like it if I posted the Booty Chesterfield set on YouTube?
Glenn, your footage is definitely of better quality, so it would be great to see the other Booty performances up on youtube. No hurry, get the rest of the songfighters videos up first. I got my fix of myself playing the fish for MK and the Legitimate businessmen for the time being.

Rock on!

Okay... It's almost 1:30 in the morning. Time to sleep.

I uploaded the Primitive Screwheads and the Bewells for your enjoyment this morning. The rest of the sets are going with me to work on a flash drive. I am going to try to get most of them uploaded while I am at work later today. If all goes well, it will all be done today.

"Pasty White Man" by the Screwheads hasn't been working properly yet, but hopefully that will resolve itself as I sleep. If not? I'll work on it later.

ROCK!

Damned Gozer screwing things up, heh. Do we have to cross the streams again? ::Later edit:: PWM played fine, video-wise, @ 3:30am Pacific-Whatever-time.

::Edit:: Holy crap, Glenn, we were actually *tight*! THANK YOU for posting the video (and I'm really f***ing glad the music stands blocked Freudian Slip's ire at me for the conga solo in El Balazo from the camera! I don't ever want to see that look onstage again, heh.)

Jeez, I bow at your feet, yo. This is f***ing AWESOME! Again, thank you!

:: EDIT EDIT :: Jesu Christo, this is *almost* as fun as being there. Plus, I get to watch all the dippy expressions on my ugly f***in mug, heh.

::EDIT to the n-th degree:: Thank you Plat for the dancing cow-thing... that makes me laugh... Three cheers for video!

::Last f-ing edit to infinity and beyond:: Freudian, Albatross, Spud, King Arthur and Ken... y'all fucking rock HARD, and many thanks for making my silliness sound like music. I'm honored to have shared a stage with you, and will cherish the memory (preserved on video, heh) of playing with you... geez I'm a soppy SOB. Let's go back to the video playback, hey? I do love you all, rock!

:: Post-Apocalyptic edit;; Jeez, but we've got some ugly guitars!

King Arthur's set is up.

I have permission to put 7 more sets on YouTube.

I do not have permission for the other 6 yet, but I will check into the status of those after I tackle the 7 that I can post.

ROCK!

The Sockpuppet and Seamus sets are both up now.

I have permission to put 4 more sets up, and I still don't have permission from the other 6.

Next on the list, in order:

Andre Was Here at Midnight
Ken's Super Duper Band 'n Stuff
Mostly Harmless
Booty Chesterfield

ROCK!

Dangit, next year it'll just be drums and guitar and vocals. Trying to coordinate more than that without intense practicing is just too much of a mess.

Fluffy, I think you're the guy to ask, so I will, and please excuse my incompetence.

Is there anyway for Glenn to set up a "Stream All" kind of link so those of us that weren't there could just watch the whole thing as it happened?

Youtube supposedly has a way of creating playlists. Hell if I can figure out how, though. Web 2.0 is so inscrutible.

It can be done, evidentally. Here was my test:

Click here for King Arthur's full set

It basically just plays it like a playlist.

SO, when I have every set online? I will make a PLAY ALL version. In the meantime, I would be able to make a PLAY ALL for each set.

Keep in mind that the transition will not be very smooth in most cases. I transfered each song on an individual basis, rather than a set at a time. Therefore, the overlap will be QUITE noticable. It will be like there's a glitch in the Matrix every time between songs.

EDIT: In other news. I now have permission to post 7 of the 10 remaining sets. In order, those are:

Andre Was Here at Midnight
Ken's Super Duper Band 'n Stuff
Mostly Harmless
Booty Chesterfield
Steuym
Charcoal
Ken Flagg

I will post these sets in the order that I just listed.

ROCK!

A physical therapy appointment and a Half Racks rehearsal got in the way of working on this much tonight.

New for the watching: Andre Was Here at Midnight and Ken's Super Duper Band 'n Stuff.

You can count on at least 5 more sets. Those sets will be posted in the following order:

Mostly Harmless
Booty Chesterfield
Steuym
Charcoal
Ken Flagg

I sleep now.

ROCK!

Glenn, thanks from me too for you getting this stuff online so quickly. I haven't seen all of my own stuff yet, even, and I've already discovered that I left off half of "Zombie Son," ending right after the second verse and losing the bridge and third verse.

May we assume that there is a plan afoot to eventually make all this stuff available on DVD in higher quality? Not rushing you or anything, just trying to decide if I need to figure out how to rip things from YouTube...

Thanks,
Charles

That's prayformojo's domain; he's going to go through all the minidv footage, I understand, and edit it, and sychronize it with the best-available audio source (probably from ken.) and then probably DVD, here's hoping.

Wow, Ken's SBDnS is more like Glenn's Awesome Bass Playing 'n Some Band. Rachael can't take her eyes off her man apparently.

Heh. I am sure it was not intentional, but she is probably a little biased. Hopefully you still enjoyed it.

The Mostly Harmless set is now up. Booty Chesterfield on the way...

ROCK!
