Damn. Recorded about 6 minutes of material then I got a cough/sore throat on Wednesday. Thought I could shake it, but no...I've been shut out of doing vocals altogether. It's too bad because I was going to make this another song cycle. Maybe I'll finish it on my own time. *sigh*

I'm in... with a stolen singer. After being called "wobbly" and "jumped off a fucking cliff", I shanghai'ed my roommate to do the vocals. He turned it into Petra, but it's not bad if you're old and mildly gay. From the sounds of this thread's first page, it should go over smashingly.

HipWreckd are IN with a water-logged basement causing a hastily-assembled montage of weirdity.

And as such, the shit kicks.

I'm in too. Thankfully I was able to recruit Paco Del Stinko for some heart pounding bass and Starfinger who saved my bacon with some kick ass vocals. These guys really pulled through for me.

whoops! I forgot to mention the obvious, HipWreckd is your favourite WreckdoM superstars and myself mangling all that is good and just and good, trying to find new meaning in sounds and making art of it all.

Ha. Plus we were feeling goofy.

Are you referring to Petra, the Christian band from the '80s/90s? THAT'S SO FUNNY!!!! :D

Alright, I just now sent the song, and I have no idea if the other pipefist dude submitted it in time, so I sent it just in case. Hopefully it will be entered if he did forget! I would have done it in time, but I had to go to a job interview. Anyway, good luck to all contestants!

I've got an old video of some of their music. Oh man ... that stuff is just too much for me to handle. I love how the drummer always wears Mickey Mouse shirts though.

My vocals suck more than normal on this one, but the music is pretty cool. As long as everyone is drunk when they listen, it should be ok.

Put on your headphones and crank it up as loud as you can handle it. Hopefully you'll be nodding and smiling for the entire 1:15...

Then I don't suggest drinking for you Mr, but a mild sedative might help. :P

Those are called "Euro stickers" and were originally to indicate the countries there. They've since been also used for all kinds of stuff!
