But seriously, the best point made in this thread is that of moderation. Very few things are harmful when done in moderation but EVERYTHING is hazardous when done too much.

Just because I personally think that something is pointless is no reason for me to object to the great joy it brings to others. I am sure that there are many things that I take pleasure (and pride) in that many others would see as pointless.

If I feel like playing a video game, btw, I write one.

I agree 100% with this, Spud. Well, except for the last statement. If I feel like playing a video game, btw, I buy my wife a cat suit, a couple whips and get out the video cam. Grrrr.
