Yeah, despite taking some time off of work, I had less time these past couple weeks than I usually do. I am in - but with more of a skeleton of a song than an actual song.

Well, that's a matter of perspective, now isn't it? I am just starting recording his morning. A bit hung over, but it's a happy song!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I posted my first submission this week. I've been following the fun for a long time and have made the resolution to start writing and submitting songs even if they're terrible. Hopefully this one isn't quiet terrible, but it obviously needs some work. I'm still stumbling around Logic, so the recording itself is messy.

Looking forward to hearing what everyone did with this first song of 2009.

I sent in my submission a few minutes late, then realized there was a big mistake with some vocals, and had to send it in again.

Nobody's going to hate me, are they? :(

I'm looking forward to diggin' in. Always a treat when Sir Roymond delivers the goods. I sent one in about as last second as one can. Based on a true story! Wow!

Thanks, I hope I delivered. It's another g&g which is wildly different from the arrangement in my head, due to not getting started until 11 this morning. But feels good to finish a fight for a change. I promise warped sonics to come.
