Some of you people (MAX TEH CATZOR!) really need to give your songs ID3 tags before you send them in :P

I always end up with cryptic shit like this at the bottom of my ipod's list.

Image

And since I only update the songs on it like once every 2 months, I have to go back and see what the hell those are if I can't tell off hand from just listening to them.

be more considerate towards the non-producing, non-active lazy population!

Totally! It's just good experience, too. I mass-update genre to "songfight!" so I can at least corral them all into the corner at the end of the day and delete the lot of them.

I mean...give them all 5 stars :)

Back when I was submitting every week, I'd often do full tags on mine, with year and usually comments on the song, only to find the the file uploaded by Fightmaster was still untagged, for some reason. So I only tagged my files irregularly and for my own archival purposes.

I was left dominant.. then right...then I managed to get it to even out, but I only managed to get to 31 total...slight favour to the left... thing is, I was never much of a colour palette kinda guy, so that's a bit skewed... ok, here's a challenge.... hit 50 in balance.

My right brain is so colour-challenged, I'm surprised I even know the colour's names. It's preventing me from getting better than [5]..phew..21 finally. Had to strategize.

I am the dumbest, ever. Wow.

Maybe it's my monitor... :)

Yep that's pretty dumb!!!! A simple night of fun, but man could you imagine if he had lived what kind of hangover he'd have after 50 shots?

If you don't like Kelly Clarkson, Ted Leo and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, you should probably not click the following:

http://junk.haughey.com/tedleo-sinceubeengone.mp3

Ted Leo covers "Since U Been Gone"all acoustic-style, with a little bit of "Maps" tossed in for good measure.

Wow. I was saying this morning how much the Kelly Clarkson song reminded me of Maps.

Plus, I dig Ted Leo. I wish I would've seen him at Siren 2003 but I was at the other stage watching Hot Hot Heat.

I've tried very hard to keep my yo-yo nonsense off of the Song Fight boards. Honestly, I have. But this time I've just gotta share:

Bit of backstory: So, yeah, my hobby is yo-yoing. And AAA yo-yoing is when you do tricks with two sleeping yo-yos at the same time. Yes, I know it's a ridiculous pastime, but I like it, so you can keep it to yourself. :)

Anyways, I made a video using a song fight song and a song from a somesongs artist, and it can be found right here. The songs are "Red Skates" by Sugarpot Gamelan and "Scooter" by Doug Cheatwood, respectively. And then a really good player in the yo-yo community saw it and liked the music, and did a "cover" of the video, with the same music (and a fro wig) but different tricks. This guy did a video a year ago and MC Poncho linked me to it, and that's what got me started on yo-yoing at all, so it's very exciting for me.

Sorry if that's too personal. But I turned part of another community on to song fight, so hey, at least I did something partially useful.

That's cool, Drew. I'd watch your original video but the federal gov't for some reason has listed your website under pornography, so I can't watch it from work.
