You should drop them for stage 6 too. There are 4 bands in that round and 2 eliminations. If 2 of the bands enter the round with immunity, the judges will be somewhat extraneous.

Personally, I also think you guys should do away with the immunity challlenge question after the next round. Let's make it about the music.

I agree too. Let it be about music, not how fast you can google or how broad your arcane musical knowledge is.

So, today's my birthday. You know what would be a really cool present? Extra Nur Ein immunity for a round! What do you think, sirs?

No, seriously. Don't forget, this Songfight! and all; don't forget to look for "that indie sound". And, also, the awesome non-optional challenges.

Anyone who thinks it was ever about the music is seriously deluded. It's always been about giving Boltoph yet another opportunity to prove he is nowhere near as funny as he likes to think he is when he's been drinking. I declare Nur Ein over, and declare him the WINNAH!

Oh, yeah, and loser too.

Johnny, you have to talk to him when he is hammered to get the humour...the posts...they just don't do it justice. Seriously, he's hilarious, sometimes on purpose, sometimes by happy accident. I look forward to his after the gig, cant' settledown skype converstations.

And it IS about the music. That's why I'm glad I got immunity this week...whew.

I think my song has the stupidest sound I've ever achieved.

EDIT: I don't normally say 'stupidest'.

I should have one of those elimination spots secured for this stage. The pieces of my song simply weren't coming together in a way I liked and I have now run out of time to complete it or change things around. However, I cannot simply leave without an entry, so the introduction has been submitted...mi balazo ultimo.

Thanks for listening and good luck to all of those who have been able to keep pace. There is definitely some good music coming out of this.

What the hell? So whacked.

First off, I'm not in Nur Ein.
Secondly, I wasn't drinking.
Lastly I don't know why you get off ridiculing me for actually caring about the fight and commenting about it.

It was about 2:30 pm and I was at work, no drinking, no funny guy here. Sorry... :-| No argument about being whack...looks like I sure as hell ain't the only one, though...in different ways, you might say.

But anyway, Leaf your tunes have been killer. Thornberry, Glenn Case, Deshead, Heuristics and Ken, I think it's been great so far. Rock it out!

Boltoph stuff & my replies

"First off, I'm not in Nur Ein." First off I know. As you may have noticed if you cared about this fight, I have reviewed every song so far.

"Secondly, I wasn't drinking." Second off, I was giving you the benefit of the doubt.

"Lastly I don't know why you get off ridiculing me for actually caring about the fight and commenting about it. " Nothing else you have said in that post or any previous one in this thread had given the impression you knew what day it is let alone caring abour Nur Ein. This smacked of the latest in an occasional series of quasi-bi-polar 'looking for a fight' posts which previously you later regret and try and cover up with lame attempts at humour.

No, but I am one the judges, which you would know if you cared about this thread.

Christ, you talk such toss. If you want to fight about it, pm me. I care enough about Nur Ein not to want to litter it up any further here.

Thanks Kamakura, and thanks Boltoph!

Okay, my entry is done and it is now "handed in," so to speak. Excellent. My wife is singing some parts on this one, so THANK YOU judges for finally convincing her that she should let me record her :)
