Ray makes a good point.

I too would like to thank the judges for putting this whole thing together. I think the winner of Nur Ein should be required to judge the next one.

Be well,
Ken

if it's called "nur ein", meaning "only one" ... wouldn't it be silly for there to be more than one?

Glenn was the "only one" left from the first competition when the dust settled. When we do a second Nur Ein, the winner of that one will be the "only one" left from the second competition. Two winners but each was the "only one" left standing in their respective competition, so the name would still make sense.

All seeds for the eventual "Nur Ein Winners Only" sidefight.

There are many ones. Also a few zeros.

Nur Zwei: This time, we only boil it down to TWO, who then must collaborate to create the themesong for Nur Drei.

And at this pace, we eventually get Nur Funfundzwanzig, where almost every competitor "wins" and is involved in a supercollab for the themesong of Nur Sechsundzwanzig. It devolves into this thing we do like once every three months, where everyone signs up and just makes an enormously collaborative themesong for a themesong-writing "competetition" called Nur [big german number].

Okay, so bad idea.

I don't know why he looked at me when he said it though.
