Flysong.com has tickets from NYC to LA one way for $99. So it'd be like $200 roundtrip. Infact to leave on the 2nd and get back on the 6th it'd be $216.90 a person. Which is pretty good I think. (The only way I know about this deal is because I watched The Apprentice: Martha Stewart last night. :D)

So... yay cheapish airplane tickets.

Add my name to the potentials, as I will be moving to your state of shining sun next month.

The motif will be in attendance as well.

Maybe we should also have a show on June 6th where you're only allowed to play heavy metal versions of your music.

Looking forward to it.

Is there an admission charge? Is there a fee for the performers (Do we need to pitch in?)

Will there be assigned time slots?

Thanks Ken!!!

So, I won't be joining the fun this time...

We usually have an unenforced $5 cover which goes to help pay for the space. You can bring the whole family. We also buy a bunch of beer/soda/water to sell and drink. Yes, performers are expected to pitch in to pay for the event as well as help promote it. Also, you can ask people to play with you or offer to play with them. Oh, and I think we often order some pizzas or something for dinner. Time slots may or may not be assigned until the day of.

Wish I could be there. I miss you guys.

Sean, you'd best be in Santa Cruz/SF this Summer, or I will be sore.

Please change my status to "confirmed". I will be there! I guess it would be lame not to be there, it's only 10 minutes from me. Looking forward to the show!

BTW is anyone already bringing an acoustic guitar, or will I have to bring my own?

There will be an acoustic guitar (although it will not be my old electric acoustic that some of you may remember from past shows)
