Not that it's really any of my business, obviously, but I have always felt that 'Jerk' is a very 'pop' translation for a word like 'Con'. Anyhoo, I hope if someone chooses to cover this they can shake off the horrid recent memory of Francois Hardy slummin' it with Brian Molko on a cover of this song.

But since it's a cover for me and I'm a big Placebo fan, it's okay to go for the pop translation. I dig covers of this song including the Faultline/Hardy/Molko version.

Here's my 2006 wishlist!

Gothic Archies - The World is a Very Scary Place
Gordon Lightfoot - Sundown
The Knack - My Sharona
He Said - Tongue Ties

I was trying to collect together my previous wishlists, but didn't have any success in finding the first year (2003) - that was when we were still at the old forums. Any ideas on how to find that?

Files will follow later.

I've been wanting to do a cover of Shenandoah for so long. I just might do one even if I don't get your list.
