yea... well luckily i don't look like brad pitt so i can give myself any name i feel like hahaha... nah...
i don't really think he's all that ugly... it's just not my thing... the whole dreads thing... i thought about trying it... but they're nasty and smelly... and kinda gives me a good reason to not do it... that and i can't grow facial hair worth a shit... i can but just not how i want it... it only grows in spots that are unappealing...

and nah i can understand how someone could be mistookin' like that... just figured adam duritz was pretty recognizeble so i figured most would know...

I'd say Adam Duritz is pretty recognizable, but I didn't recognize him in that picture. Maybe it's the lack of dreads and the prescence of facial hair.

yea it should be in the properties ... but it's all cool... i just figured it was pretty recognizable... and i really don't see him lacking hair in the pic...

I always thought it looked like he was sniffing something unpleasant that had just been deposited from on high onto his shoulder ...

The picture to me looked like a dude sleeping on a park bench. It sure doesn't look like

Maybe in Metropolis, where all it takes to hide is an additional clothing accessory.

If I remeber rightly, on the Dumbrella board your avatar was a left profile of a face (actually looked like Henry V, or someone like that). When we changed and you used that avatar - I assumed you had taken a photo of yourself in the pose of your old avatar.

I remember thinking that was cool - and was tempted to use a photo of myself shaving - to replace my old 'shaving man' avatar.

:-\ now i feel almost bad... haha nah... i didn't even think twice about that... in fact the first image i had as my avatar on the old one was a poor june one... and ended up changing it... cause angelfire wouldn't let me direct link from the site anymore...
and i just thought the old man lookin' to the side was probably one of the better preset ones...

and this time around... i figured i'd put up in my opinion a really good songwriter that i've always enjoyed (sept for a few of the newer songs... but still a few really good ones)

i guess i just took for granted that he'd be recognizable... didn't really think twice about it...

oh man, this totally happened again yesterday at work. some lady told me she liked my haircut -- it looks good on me, she said -- and then she was like, "you don't see that a lot these days, kind of a keanu look i guess. you probably get that a lot don't you?" i just shrugged. but it was weird, i mean i wasn't even wearing my sunglasses at the time.
