Guess the effect of the Xmas lights in the background would be ruined by any sort of red-eye reduction. 'Course, Glenn's eyes always look like that anyhow.

Well I've got all 90 clips converted from MTS to MP4. I've begun uploading to Vimeo. I can only do 5GB per week. At this point I still have another 4GB to upload. The songs will trickle in over the weekend.

Unfortunately after the BSS set on Friday, I failed to man my camera,, or leave it "rolling". So I don't have any Sockpuppet. Sorry Fluffy. I hope someone else caught your set on camera. I also don't have the silliness that ensued afterwords.

I started with Ken's Set and went on to Roymonds set, I will probably dance around, leave clips that need editing down until I edit them. etc.

here's the link:

http://www.vimeo.com/user1047039

that should get you there. I also used tags "Song Fight Live 2009, Spokane "

enjoy!

OK, I was being all artsy-fartsy with my ancient photographic equipment, so I didn't get very many good shots, but they can be found here.

I uploaded 4.7 GB of my allotted 5.0 GB per week so far. There will be 1 or 2 more songs that will appear over the week. Come Friday night there will be more to come. I'm at 29/90 right now. Still plenty of Sheail, Kasper, Mkilly, Naked Philosophy, Octothorpe, Jon Eric, Crank Radio, and a little of everyone else to come.

Top 5 plays thus far:

1- Kasper-They Meet
2- Glenn & Rachel- Pencil Me In / Georgia's Hand
3- Roymond- Lavender Splendor
4- Roymond- Zombie Son
5- Sheail- Hollywood Wax (Melvin Cover)
Phillipso, Older Brothers, Semolina Pilchards, Zipline , Thank Glennny for the Frisbee, The Odoriferous Valley, The Worldly Self Assurance, Berkeley Social Scene, Very Gentle Knives, Daddy Bop Swing Set, GUNS, The Kraken Lives, Cavedwellers

Hey, as a guy who once did the same thing your doing for SFL video (on a smaller scale) I sure do appreciate it. Online video has taken leaps and bounds since I did this back in 2001. Thanks for all of the hard work. I wish I had spent a little more time hanging out with ya man.

Fluffy: I think a lot of folks noticed that your drumming sounded better than ever, I just wish *I* had said something sooner!

I already miss ya'll. GAWD I've got to get back into this.

I finally got home from my vacation last night at 1 AM so I still haven't had a chance to upload my self-serving videos or less-self-serving photos anywhere. Maybe tonight, except I'm hosting Marcus for the next few days. The only video I have is for the Naked Philosophy set (from the same vantage as glennny's video, on a far inferior camera) and my own (from the vantage of Spud wandering around the venue) and I'm not too keen on my performance anyway, so.

Anyway I'll probably just upload the unedited sets to give people the AS IF YOU WERE THERE vantage.

I've posted the first part of my trip on Facebook and Myspace. This is the part that is relevant to Songfight! LIVE Rock & Rocker.

It isn't much, and there isn't any audio, but there are a few pictures that might be of interest to a very small percentage. Just thought I'd mention it.

I really enjoyed those photos, Hoblit. Good pics and captions. You probably already know this but you can share the album here if you want, with the link under "Share this album with anyone by sending them this public link".
